Built from a parent's perspective
I’m a parent of an autistic child, and I’ve seen firsthand how helpful visual supports can be in making everyday routines, transitions, and new experiences easier to understand.
But finding the right visual support isn’t always easy. Sometimes the resource you need is difficult to find, doesn’t quite fit the situation, or requires more time and effort to prepare than a busy family has available.
That experience inspired me to create My Visual Path — a place where families can quickly find ready-made visual schedules and social stories, customize them when needed, or create something that better fits their everyday life.
My goal is simple: make useful visual supports easy to find, easy to understand, easy to customize, and free to access.
My Visual Path isn’t intended to replace professional guidance or therapy. It’s a practical resource created from a parent’s perspective to help make visual supports more accessible to families, caregivers, and educators.
